03 / AI RECRUITING
Permanent or contract.
Introduction fee only.
who have actually
shipped.
Every candidate we introduce has been assessed by someone who builds AI systems.
Assessing AI engineers means understanding what they have built, how they made it reliable, and what happened when real users put it to work. We bring that technical assessment into your hiring process.
Founders, CTOs and engineering leads hiring:
01
What the person will build, the team they will join, and the experience the role needs.
02
Candidates selected for the work you need done.
03
What they have built, how they work with AI tools, where they are strong and where they are not.
04
You interview, you decide, and you contract with the person directly.
Each candidate talks through systems they have shipped, in detail, with someone who has built the same kind of thing: retrieval, agents, evaluation, cost, and what broke in production. Where it helps, they complete a short practical task on a real problem, using the tools they would use on the job. You get the assessment in writing, gaps included.
Django Beatty has hired engineers for Fluxus, for its clients, and for a practice he built to over 50 people at Capgemini. He has run LLM systems in production since November 2023 and still builds them. He assesses every candidate himself.
