BMW Financial Services, part of the German vehicle manufacturer’s presence in Thailand, reached out to Fluxus while undergoing a digital transformation in 2019. As a development partner and technical consulting authority, we aided in leading overhauls of BMW’s customer-facing presence, with the goal of improving customer relations and higher sales numbers.

As part of the strategy to streamline customer interaction as well as attract new ones, Fluxus developed an integration with LINE, the most popular instant messaging platform in Thailand. This encouraged customers to connect via the app to an updated and redesigned “Official Account”, one of LINE’s business features. This was combined with the project’s chosen CRM, MS Dynamics, which in turn was connected to the updated leasing website. Everything in this strategy fed into each other to create the most consistent possible approach for customers, in a way that was easy to capitalize on and profit from on the business side.

With the robustness of the tools applied to the project, plus the Fluxus team’s technical versatility and close communication with the BMW team, the transformation took place over a tight 6-month duration, providing qualified leads and sales prospects in time for the Thailand International Motor Expo 2019.
